Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is FREE within 20 miles of our locations, you do not have to worry about any secret charges after booking. If you are outside our service range we would love to work with you on that, just shoot us a chat!

Do you guys deliver to parks?

Yes, we do! Just make sure you have permission to have us set up there so your party won't be shut down.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Before arrival we ask our clients to make sure they have a space ready that is big enough for our units and that there is a power outlet within 100ft. We also ask that any animal droppings be picked up, no one wants to deal with an extra cleaning fee!

Do you guys set up and take down the bounce house?

You don't have to worry about us dumping a bounce house on your front lawn and leaving. Jump High belives in delivering the best service to our customers. We show up and you tell our guys where you want it!

Do you have generators/tables&chairs?

Not at this time but we hope to offer these rentals in the near future!

How much are multiple day/overnight rentals?

Yes! We offer both services, shoot us a text or chat with us below! We are happy to work out an arrangement that works best for everyone involved!
